How to connect ClickUp in Safari.

  1. Install AlliHat. Download it from the Mac App Store, then turn it on in Safari Settings > Extensions. Allow access to the pages you want to use.
  2. Choose your AI. Sign in with ChatGPT or connect another supported AI provider. Already chatting in AlliHat? You can skip this step.
  3. Connect ClickUp. Open the three-dot menu, choose Connected apps, find ClickUp, and click Connect. Sign in to ClickUp and choose the workspace you want to use.
  4. Ask for what you need. Once it says Connected, go back to the page and send your request. Use the example above, or ask in your own words.

Having trouble?

If a list is missing, check that you connected the right ClickUp workspace and that your account can access it.

If you need to sign in again, open Connected apps, select ClickUp, and choose Refresh connection. If a request gets interrupted, check ClickUp before sending it again.

Do I need Agent Mode?

No. Connect ClickUp, then ask in your usual AlliHat chat. Agent Mode is only needed when you want AlliHat to click or type in the browser.

Does this work on iPhone or iPad?

No. AlliHat is for Safari on a Mac running macOS 14 or later.

Is AlliHat an official ClickUp extension?

No. AlliHat is an independent app that connects to your ClickUp account.
